Create the Design Template

You have done the planning of the website and TYPO3 is running on your providers web server or your local machine.

Now you are ready to create the design template.

You create it with a classic HTML program (such as Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression). You can structure the page with either div tags (recommended) or tables.

The formatting is done with the help of one or more external Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) files, which is Page with CSS definitions, levels, or tables.

The design template does not contain any texts, images or navigation elements. It is simply the basic layout of the page.
